China Spring Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

Actual Client Praise about Pain Relief.

  • I highly recommend Dr. Qin Yan. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, timely, and patiently listens to your concerns. After a serious break in my humerus bone, I developed what doctor's describe as a "cold shoulder," with limited range of motion. I had tried physical therapy and chiropractic medicine but was frustrated with the progress. After 5 sessions I have seen a fast improvement. I would encourage others to give acupuncture a try!  --Vicki Russell

  • Dr. Yan is warm and professional. She addresses my current levels of neck/shoulder pain, as well as overall functioning and mental health, on a per visit basis. I highly recommend the massage immediately following the acupuncture treatment. I walk away from each appointment feeling physically great and mentally rejuvenated.   --Stacey Weber-Beck

  • I found Dr. Yan via Class Pass, and was happy with the result. I'd never tried acupuncture or fire cupping before. I've been dealing with a running injury for about 2 years now and I can confidently say after 1 session with Dr. Yan I've been able to run pain-free three times now! I'm looking forward to booking more sessions with her in the future.  --Michelle Lynn

  • Prior to my 1st appointment, on August 28th, I was experiencing left leg pain for about 18 months, right arm pain for several months, and not getting a good nights sleep for several years. I waitress for a living, and have been going to a massage therapist almost every week for many years. However, massage would only help with the leg and arm pain for a very short time...24 hours at most. Even after the first acupuncture appointment I felt some relief, but I've now had 4 sessions, and can't believe the difference! The pain is 90% better, and getting better sleep. Last week I said I had some anxiety, and saw an immediate difference with that as well! I don't like needles, so I was very nervous to try acupuncture, but it doesn't hurt, and I can't believe it took me so long to do it. Thank you so much for all you are doing to help me, it's really changed my life in a very positive way!    --Angie Rogers

  • Dr. Qin Yan is an excellent doctor. She is very good in her profession.
She understands the problems of patient and offers the treatment accordingly. Her method of treatment is nothing but a miracle. I went to her seeking help for my neck and shoulder's pain caused by a car accident. She took care of it with several acupuncture treatments. After the accident, first I went for the medical treatment, osteopathy and physical therapy for a year, which helped me to a certain point but not much. Finally, my osteopath doctor recommended me for acupuncture. In first seven treatment of acupuncture by Dr. Yan, I was cured by 80 percent. I was able to work without restriction and pain was reduced tremendously. To see the significant improvement in my health, my doctor suggested for another round of treatment that I have recently started. I am feeling much better now. I will definitely come back to her in the future for treatment.   --Rita Singh

  • This was my first time having an acupuncture session in my entire life so I wasn't fully sure what to expect. I had a mild chronic pain in my right neck and shoulder area, and a pinched nerve near my right shoulder blade. After two days of my treatment and using the prescribed medication oil, the pain went down quite a bit.

I was treated by Dr Qin Yan, She was kind and easy to talk too and even provided information about herself before we started. She showed me which needles she would be using and that they were new and sterilized prior to inserting them. She was receptive to answering any questions or concerns I had about acupuncture before the session. I didn't experience any pain from the needles after and during the session.

The only minor downsides I can think of is that she talks slightly fast at times, in addition with her accent, can be hard to understand sometimes. However this is mostly a problem with me since I have a difficulty hearing out syllables when people speak. regardless of accents.

I recommend this clinic and Dr Yan.     --Navarre Simpson

  • I was fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Yan by a health care colleague. After suffering a downhill ski accident that required extensive surgery and rehabilitation, I was still left with pain in the hip and shoulder. It affected my gait and enjoyment of hiking. This past summer I began to see Dr. Yan. She has utilized acupuncture, cupping, and deep tissue massage. My pain levels have reduced, I also have more function in my hip and shoulder. I work outside and am able to do wood chopping, heavy gardening and not be in pain the next day. Dr. Yan has specialized training as an Oncologist which has also been helpful for me. I have received herbs and specific nutrition advice which has led to having more energy and relief of some of the post chemotherapy stress. When I experienced such great results I recommended my son go for his back pain, he was only able to go once before moving to CA, but he wants to continue in CA. I have recommended Dr. Yan to friends and patients of mine. Dr. Yan is a remarkable doctor with many tools to help with many conditions.  --Raandi Schmidt

The last time I pulled my other hamstring muscles, it took near 6 months to recover. I am very happy with the service and results. I'll be recommending China Spring to many of my active/fitness/sports friends.  --Sarrut Ouk

  • Very knowledgeable and personable. My daughter had neck pain for quite sometime and Qin took care of it and now she is pain free.  --JULIA QUADE

  • I have been to five or six other acupuncture's so I can safely say this one knows what she is doing! The relief was there in the first half hour and that is why I purchased five more sessions at a discount price! This is day 4 and I still feel great!  --Bob Parnell
